Cancellation Policy

At Sage Femme, I honor the value of our time and the energetic exchange that occurs in our work together. I ask that you respect the following guidelines for rescheduling or canceling your appointment: Rescheduling: You may reschedule your consultation up to 48 hours before your appointment without penalty. If you need to reschedule within 48 hours, a fee of 25% of the session cost will be applied. Cancellations: Cancellations made 48 hours or more before your scheduled session will receive a full refund or credit towards a future session. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment will be charged 50% of the session cost. No-shows or cancellations made within 24 hours will be charged in full. Emergency Exceptions: I understand that life happens. If an emergency arises, please reach out directly, and we can find a compassionate solution. Late Arrivals: If you are late to your session, the remaining time will be honored, but the session will end at the originally scheduled time. Full payment will still be required. Mutual Respect: I also reserve the right to reschedule in the case of personal emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, ensuring I notify you as early as possible.
